Job Overview: |
- As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by handling the logistics, documentation, and customer communication necessary for the sales process. You will ensure smooth operations in the sale of material handling conveyors, goods lifts, and scissor lifts.

Key Responsibilities: |
- Assist the sales team in processing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and handling follow-ups.
- Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure product specifications are met and timelines are maintained.
- Manage sales orders, invoices, and related documentation in coordination with the accounts and production departments.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on order status, delivery schedules, and technical information.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records in the CRM system.
- Support the sales team by scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and coordinating marketing activities.
- Assist in gathering market data, customer feedback, and preparing sales reports for management.

Qualification: |
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales support role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and sales automation tools.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
